Leadership

My mission:

I am passionate about helping you become a great leader (in the capacity that best fits you, remember this not one size fits all type of program/effort; rather, I want to give you principles, habits and tools that you can leverage to become a more effective leader).

My intent is to focus on two distinct groups:  youth (sports related) and entrepreneurs and those new to management.

I work one-on-one with every client, but will offer other insights for you to learn more as I’ll post some of my experience on my blog, entrepjourney.com

For youth, most of my efforts will be done in conjunction with the not-for-profit, Sko Youth Sports, of which I sit on the board of directors.  At Sko, the passionate founder, Josh Cordell, is developing great programs for youth leaders (captains, etc.) and coaches to refine and develop their leadership capabilities.

For my professional/adult clients, I have developed a program that spans 10 months (once a month meetings and various follow on activities).  If this is something you are interested in learning more about, the best way to get a hold of me is my email, peter@achieve-one.com.

As for who might be a good fit:

1. Perpetual learner.
2. Start-up/early stage company — lots of companies get funded, but your ability to lead will define a successful outcome or not.
3. Individual promoted up through the ranks, but has not had much experience leading teams.

Make no mistake however, I am also here to give you an edge, meaning I know we all compete and I want you to win, I want that to be both personally and professionally, whatever that means to you and to know that it is possible.
